Florina Bora is leading the Projets team of the company and has acquired a wealth of practical experience over time as a result of active participation in some of the most important and diverse projects the company has provided legal assistance to its clients. Florina is specialized in commercial, civil and administrative including contract disputes, capital markets and share capital issues, shareholders’ disputes, real estate including claims on restitution of nationalized properties and expropriation, incidents related to enforcement procedures. She frequently advises clients with respect to pre-litigation matters, having gained experience in the resolution of disputes before litigation. Furthermore, Florina provides legal assistance and representation both at the stage prior to the initiation of the dispute, and in front of the ordinary courts or arbitration courts.

Our Real Estate practice advances deal-critical guidance on complex transactions in regional and international markets. We’re known for our work on complicated transactions, handling many of the largest deals in the market over the last several years.
