Nicoleta Kalman is head of Pop & Associate's Global Environmental and Regulatory Law Group. She and her team advise on environmental and regulatory risk in M&A, projects, capital markets, lending and real estate transactions, compliance with EU environmental and regulatory requirements conflict minerals, emissions trading and climate change, environmental disputes, toxic tort risk. Nicoleta has developed particular expertise in sectors such as industry, real estate, media and information technology, advising and assisting on a regular basis prominent companies in drafting, negotiating, structuring and managing complex contracts issues and associated risks. She has recognised expertise in anticipating and dealing with incidents and changes occurring in the course of the contract (such as force majeure, hardship, termination for breach, specific performance and provisional measures). .
